Why would a dragon want to live in a cave like an animal, when they can have a state-of-the-art concrete bunker with fluorescent lighting, running water and a ventilation system?
Here we see Terry walking down one of the corridors in his lair, beautifully rendered by TheKC. I'm not sure there's really much I can add to that, he is looking really handsome, the expression is spot-on and the brutalist dragon lair is perfect.

Indeed. The thought was - what might a dragon lair look like if they had access to modern digging machinery and materials?
Terry is tentatively being placed as a ruler somewhere, so even if he has some kind of palace for audiences and so forth, he will absolutely have some kind of bunker with modern conveniences as well.
