This is a commission I got from 
ebonyleopard at Anthrocon this year. I requested that he choose one of my agents from the R-Force and have that character get into a sparring session with one of his Extinctioners. He chose the wild 'roo engineer Meltdown to go up against his nigh-indestructible vixen, Starfox. Heh, Starfox certainly would be the one to break that big crystalline weapon... (don't worry folks, it was just a prototype ;) ).
Shawntae asked me if that thing was inspired by the weapon of Sango from Inuyasha, which I quickly admitted to.

Gotta love Sango, probably the coolest character in Inuyasha (and by far the least bitchy).
I seriously considered getting something like this dealing with someone from my group the Pariah but the latest revamp of the group is still a work-in-progress and I don't really have any refs outside of the two that Eb's already done for me.

Sango had the least issues, or at least the most understandable ones, and she didn't go around whining about it 24/7. Unlike Kagome she had actual problems that didn't revolve around a guy and her ex, Sango's problems were something that you could actually be sympathetic over.
I plan on getting some pics of them done when they're a little more flushed out, will probably use them in some crossover pics for a while until Eb finishes working on their counter-group.
