Pika (white) and Kageru (black) as little pups. As ryu/sha hybrids they should probably look a bit more eclectic, but neonate mammals usually don't look too interesting. The two of them will later grow in some keratinous spines that inspire more "whoa, that's not a dog" feelings.
They were cute together before relations between the two of them broke down and turned to dust.
