A wonderful Eastern dragon adopt created by PalavyPT
When I came across this Eastern dragon, he reminded me of my aquatic dragon Arcalis... primarily the color palette, although this dragon's palette is much softer with pastel colors. He made me think of a beautiful blue sky, with a few white fluffy clouds calmly floating by. I decided to give him a home and, given his similarity to Arcalis, he will be Arcalis' half-brother. Arcalis is an aquatic with some Eastern dragon influences... this dragon is a cloud dragon, more at home soaring the skies. He's named Arturis... a name similar to Arcalis. As an aside, the name Arturis came from a Star Trek: Voyager episode I watched long ago... but I remembered the character (who met an unfortunate end at the hands of the Borg).
