Months ago I spotted someone (and darn it, better than me!) painted up just a human out of fantasy people who'd caught lycanthropy. I thought "what do other fantasy ancestries/races look like when they're werewolves" was a ridiculously cool idea so I wanted to try doing it myself. From top to bottom; a human, elf, dwarf, and halfling. There are better colorists, but I feel pretty good about how long I spent on this and just having colors in the first place, you know?
