No BCD risky choice on their part. For those here who aren’t certified scuba divers a BCD is a Buoyancy Control Device that is shaped similar to a vest that goes over the wetsuit or tight fitting closes if your in warm shallow waters and can be inflated with air from your tanks or deflated as needed to keep your neutral buoyancy. It also has pockets for weights to make sure you are neutrally buoyant from the moment you get in the water.
