Some time ago, I drew an anthro zebra girl with no name and more recently, I felt the need to refine her and give her a name and some backstory. This is Neon the zebra. She's a former gang member and street brawler from a cyberpunk, urban police state with a lot of prejudice towards anthros. That's all I've got figured out for this character right now.
