Background: Fenella is the Guardian Genie of Fist Town, run by her father, the semi-retired Fist Baron. She met Shantae on a mission to ask a neighboring Guardian Genie for assistance against Risky Boots. When asked why she didn't show up in the Journal, her father explained that it was because the Genies made a separate journal for Half-Genies who were half-monster.
