This is part of a series of drawings I did for a daily sketch challenge with a friend!

This is one of those personal drawings that means a lot more to me than probably anybody else, just because it features characters and elements that nobody else really knows about.
For many years,  KyleDragon and I would roleplay nearly every week, working on a big long story of our worlds being combined. It inspired both of us in many ways, and we would write stories that stemmed from the ideas and concepts that we built. One of the ideas that Kyle created was a far future setting where our worlds were finally connected via science and space stations rather than magic. More or less, a Star Trek future for us. He wrote two short stories about this setting, calling the space station itself 'The Coalition'. Of course, being us, the stories both involved Holodeck mishaps that resulted in ticklish situations ;) But there was also a lot of character building that took place in both stories.
These two characters here were the main characters of the stories. Richard (the raccoon) and Brandon Bunny. They were supposed to be descendants of our respective casts, with Richard being a descendant of Benjamin and Brandon being a descendant of Elder Mark, one of Kyle's bunnies from Garon. They often took trips to what was called the 'HoloBeach', just to relax and enjoy simulated nature. This was my interpretation of them gazing out from there into the cosmos that surrounds the space station, hence the gravity ring in the sky.

That's a lot of words to talk about a fairly simple picture, but it bought back a lot of memories. And it still fits the theme of expanding the lore and story of my world :)
