Litz is a Noivern, a very blue Noivern. Frankly, if I just told you about his occupation and personality you'd probably be bored to tears since, really, it's not like Litz is that particularly interesting as a person. He's deeply insecure about his flaws but that's projection, he's actually rather adept at what he does.

He's... Well, he's troubled. Troubled family life that lead him to move here, befriending both Sebun and Axel and jumping headfirst into their little Rescuer business without much of a thought and almost constantly worrying about if he's going to fuck up some things, leading to him often being a bit emotionally repressed.

In essence, his biggest weakness is himself, and while alot of other people in his life tend to end up frustrated by this, Sebun in particular is suprisingly forgiving, though this usually ends up with him clamming up more since now he's not only worrying about looking like a pathetic idiot, but also about how to navigate his feelings.
