Another great way to use leftover rice and make a delicious Japanese dish with Korean flavour!
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover rice
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp hoisin
2tbsp Gojuchang spice
1tbsp gochujang sauce
1tbsp chili garlic sauce
4 diced garlic cloves
2 dozen jalapeño slices
1/2 diced onion
2 eggs whisked
Sriracha to drizzle
Recipe:
1-mix leftover rice with sauces, spices and veggies
2-in a hot oiled pan add your whisked eggs and cook both sides until golden light-brown and fluffy
3-remove egg skirt and set aside, add rice mix to the pan and cook until golden brown
4-plate your rice into a round shape then drape egg skirt overtop
5-drizzle on your sauce and enjoy!
