I could easily imagine all kinds of things for him.
As for the story, I'm thinking, again, probably from his POV. Perhaps while he's getting tickled or worshipped in some way. I also think there's a lot of potential in a post tickling/worship story, where he's left alone with only the left over nerves in his feet to keep him company. Alternatively, could also be an outside perspective, like someone online seeing a plethora of pictures and videos his captor took of Nekoamon's feet.
