The second member of Team Krimson, overdue I know. Now that the glut of projects and what not at work has eased up I have time to catch up on all the stuff I'm behind on.

Skylar Ferrotti is the daughter of General Augustus Ferrotti, a high-ranking officer in the Sinnoh army. A hardcore military 'mon, General Ferrotti trained his daughter virtually since she was old enough to fly in the ways of the military, training her to be the perfect soldier. She moved around a lot, and due to her intense training never really had the chance to make many friends. When the time came for her to enroll in an institute of higher education her father was determined to send her to one of the finest military academies.

But Skylar, now in her early teens, protested. She told her father that the wanted the chance to have an ordinary teenage life, to make normal friends and do the things any other girl her age should be doing. The general would hear none of it but when Skylar's mother stepped in on her side he was outgunned. A compromise was made where Skylar would attend a battle academy, but not one with such a strict military doctrine - the Poke-Academy of Higher Learning.

Since starting at the P.C.A. Skylar has greatly enjoyed the freedom of living away from home (she lives in one of the on-campus dormitories) and out from under her father's eagle eye. In truth she's been enjoying it a little too much. Eager to make new friends and be accepted as well as open to a whole new social environment, she's become a notorious party girl. There isn't a party to be found on or off campus where Skylar isn't in attendance, usually flirting with every guy she can find.

Skylar has been growing even more and more neglectful of her studies and training, although her intense training prior to enrolling in the academy has her on a much more advanced level than others of her grade. So far she's been able to coast on her natural talent and experience. Recently she joined the school's Pokeball team but it's hard to tell if she just views it as another source of parties and good times. Too busy having fun to join a team during her freshman year she was assigned to Team Krimson by the administration.

In a battle Skylar is a highly skilled fighter and forms the bulk of Team Krimson's offense as well as defense. Despite her chronic slacking off she has years worth of military-grade training and instincts. She's amazingly fast and can use both her talons and wings with equal skill in a fight. She's also extremely tough and can take some extraordinarily strong hits and keep coming. Who knows how good she could become if someone could get her to straighten up.
