I realised I haven't drawn Spectrum in a while. So I wanted to draw her. With her new design <3 Right now, she's depressed, so her markings are a dull blue. There was also this brush on Paint Tool SAI called 'spread' so I used that for clouds, and smudged the water with the 'water' tool (lol).
Those stars were annoying to draw xD... it was just dot after dot after dot. Oh, well.
