One of the Big Three, the Belter Worker Union was formed with the intention to help the common man working the asteroid belt, harvesting manarite and other rare materials in dangerous conditions. Things changed when criminal elements took control and have since turned the Belter Worker Union into a crime syndicate. With the resources of the asteroid belt too valuable to give up, few people were willing to risk the disruption of materials they could gain.

-Militia Armada: Surprisingly the opposite of the Anti-Piracy Force, those who spend their lives in space have made these men and women elite
{Economy}
Mining. With the resources that the asteroid belt provides, the Belter Worker Union spends quite a bit of coin to make sure operations expand to keep the flow of cash flowing.
{Culture}
-Lardism: A common sight given the lack of gravity allows the fattest lardists to be able to move about. In fact, outside larger stations, the belt is home to more lardists than anywhere in the system.
-Space Whaling: An offshoot of Lardism, its a rather new pastime where the fattest Lardist try to get as fat as possible to become floating fat blobs the size of whales.
-Long Hauling: Something only seen in a place where hauling ore can make or break someone. Traveling between refineries, bringing huge hauls of material to the planets that need them, soon came a culture where groups of people seem to live in their space haulers 24/7.
{Major Cities}
-Terra 2: The largest of the Asteroid Belt stations, it was nicknamed Terra 2 for the size and the expanse of asteroids that came together to build a massive floating space city.
-Mariner Station: A massive station run by Neptuians. Provides most of the asteroid belts protein by raising the fast growing Neptunian Gigantoid Whale.
-Jet Black Wing Refinery: Known as the Shadow City, Jet Black Wing refinery station is more known for the black market underground than being home to the massive amounts of ore can be processed at once.
-Gorgers Galley: Actually known as Station GG-133, it got its name when the Station Master signed a contract for Phantasm Foods to allow their restaurants to set up shop. In a matter of months, the local Lardist sects have since turned the station into their unofficial home city in the Asteroid Belt, causing a station that held about five thousand to housing 34,000. Its also home to the largest Battle Ball field in the entire system.
