I think there was a noise band that had an album cover very similar to this except it was a collage of twink faces I think?

i remember playing a weird adventure game as a kid that gahan wilson did the art for in the 90s. it was some kind of haunted house and even though it was really pretty benign i remember being TERRIFIED of it at the time.
