The suit is of Commander Altaica Powell. She is Chief of Weapons/Security/Defense on board the Lion's Den. She is not second in command, that would be Painless Black wolf, though she is the second officer, after Painless.
She wears the Gi as it is comfortable. She is a black belt in a few of the martial arts, kung-fu being one of them.
