Well, maybe if Spyro would turn his head a bit more to the left, he could use his fire breath to burn off Tabaluga's, presumably rope, bindings (and possibly his garments, not that he'd mind that) and thus he could untie Spyro, allowing the two to not have to find out what possible punishment they may be in for over allegedly stealing something that clearly was not stolen.
Jeez, Spyro just looks so angry right now, just staring daggers, and Tabaluga, the facial expression you gave him, just makes you want to give him a hug and cheer him up.
