Really nice work. I like the belly there on ya. Drew makes a great balloon, especially when he matches your sweater. As to the contest...hmm.

Shall I follow the, surely a misconception, Raccoons=thieves. I'm also going with the theme of where Blue paints some sort of balloon sign on the person's gut.
