Trying to clear out my absolute mess of a desktop while my eye is killing me so i can come back to owed art when my TMS therapy is over
Cpaps are VERY helpful and often needed even if you don't snore [I was like 2 points from 'severe' sleep apnea despite not at all snoring, like 23 obstructions to breathing per hour]
so this is my 'I still vouch for how helpful they are'
but they are absolutely a learning phase, and even if you've been using them for a while they still are a bother but so helpful.

God I wish i was capable of losing weight, i've been in the 220-230lbs zone for nearing on a decade at this point no matter if i diet or binge eat. [and needing a wheelchair if i go out for more than a half a hour makes exercise hard. Can't hardly stand/walk with my leg issues.]
god i tried like at least 4 different masks, we tried the nose one first but it felt like i was choking if i opened my mouth any and my nose felt like death after just a hour. I gave it the ol college try but my nose was not havin it. and unfortunately my face is weirdly shaped so it made getting any mask fitting proper near impossible >x( we ended up with a memory foam one that works pretty well for the first couple weeks before i start smushing little holes from how often i rotate n squirm n then get blasted in the eyeball with air xD
