I've decided to make more pokemon forms because it's fun to do character design + I can be more creative with scenarios.
Scraftybill has MAJOR RBF and dresses kinda goth, but otherwise he's chill enough. Tends not to like being the center of attention, a little more reserved.
He lightens up a bit when he wears "scraggy pants" (what he calls diapers, made of a spare pair of "pants" he has). Fun fact, safety pins are an old punk symbol of rebellion, not just a bab accessory!
