An ‘evil genius’ type villain, head of Neurovoid corp. , a weapons and gadgets manufacturing company for fellow villains. It seems he is the only one in the company, inherited from someone else. The whole place is a laboratory for him to play around with!

He is a lab grown being with the ability to freely control the information that goes on inside his brain. He only stays inside his lab and does weapons and gadgets commissions for other villains. Being so isolated, he is arrogant but really not as wise as he’d like to think he is. a bit of a dweeb….
