Fran the Cat

Abilities: Sand Manipulation, Sand Teleportation, Plant Manipulation, Wood Manipulation, Flower Manipulation, Healing Plant, Earth Manipulation, Fruit and Vegetable Generation, Elemental Cloning and Herbalism.

Bio: Fran is J.C.'s aunt on Barbara the Hedgecat's side of the family. She's got a knack for studying plants and always finds the best way of putting certain things together. Fran keeps records of all of the flowers she studies. She mostly studies ones that are used for ingredients in cooking or for medical use. Fran then decides to travel, studying all of the different types of plants she could find. One night as she was researching some of the plants at a greenhouse, there was an accident involving a plant regeneration serum. Eventually, this granted her plant-based powers. Afterwards, Fran has been using these abilities to help her with her research on plants. Fran can not only control plants and wood, but also rejuvenate flowers, use plants and sunlight to heal wounds, and even generate fruits and vegetables which has been very useful in mastering her cooking and healing skills.
