BAW! Lookit at that sad face...Okay, well I wanted to put her in here cause I don't think I have a ref for her. Though I may need to tweak her color a little. But this is Fleur...Tada?

She's a custom pet, or a genetically modified pet. And why does she look so pitiful?? Most genetically modified creatures, females, are infertile. She however is not, out of the various generations. So she is a prized pet, kept by the sole propriter of the species. Think of a pure bred dog, pampered and well taken care of, for what they can produce, but still just a dog.

So in this instance her owner took her along to a meeting, where she is basically selling off future children Fleur would be forced to have. She's like a center piece, a pet, you look at her, see her features, and buy the rights to a future child. Problem is, Fleur got loose and ran off. So, at the moment, they are searching for her because without a fertile female, they can't produce the pets people have alreayd payed for in advance.

Big money for a missing Fleur...who is incidently very happy with her new buddy...whom she stalks..
