I don't really like the term "redesign" because, for me, it's like saying "My version is so much better than the original!". So much that I can't help but cringe everytime I see a redesign of a character I really like (especially the Light Fury and Sisu). But with Seton Academy, I made an exception! X3

For those who don't know, Seton Academy: Join the pack! is a 2020 anime set in a world where humans and anthropomorphic animals coexist (to be honest, this anime is kind of a guilty pleasure for me >w<") . Even though I love works of fictions featuring lots of animal characters and who shows true facts about animals, it's still has a lot of problems. My main issues with the show (aside from the unlikeable main character) is the design choice of the female characters.
In this universe, the male animals look like regular anthropomorphic animals while the females are just nekonokimi human girls with animals ears and tails. I know it's an ecchi anime and this choice was for the fanservice material, but it just feel so wrong in my opinion.

I mean, it is possible to make fanservice with anthropomorphic animals (for example: Furry art, Beastars, Lone Digger, etc...) so just for fun, I decided to draw the main animal characters in my own style to see what they would look like as actual anthropomorphic animals while also making them recognisable. ^^
