Bracelet Charm from the 1902 Coronation of King Edward VII
A 123 year old micro portrait album charm from the 1902 coronation of Edward VII. I have only been able to find one like it, although it was red, not green. It is made of brass and copper, gold plated, with tiny portraits of all of the royal family at the time. Not pictured are the portraits of Queen Alexandra and The Children Of The Prince And Princess Of Wales. Unusually, all but King Edward's portraits are photographs, with his being a painting. This item is from 20 years before Irish independence from British occupation. I had to fix it and clean it, as the portraits were peeling off. This is exactly the sort of thing I love, tiny, antique items that do something interesting. I found one quite like it from the 1889 paris exposition, but it was too expensive for me.
