Two add-on options are currently available for an art bundle when purchased with the adoptable
⟡ For an extra $15 ($45 total), I will draw a headshot
⟡ For an extra $20 ($65), I will make a simple reference sheet that includes a single full-body drawing and headshot, as well as any additional info and colour palette

⟡ I, the creator, reserve the right to decline any sale– I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissioner.
⟡ I reserve the right to decline you if you use generative AI, whether as your banner or profile pic and the like as I am against AI.
⟡ When commenting on my post, do not delete or backout your offer
⟡ You can change the design of them but please keep it recognizable
⟡ Remember to credit my name (Tochtlisu/Tochtlisuchus) as the artist/designer on every platform
⟡ You cannot sell them at a higher price than what you bought, unless they have HQ additional art to supplement it
⟡ If you co-own with someone, please let me know
⟡ Please tag or contact me when you retrade/regift/resell the character to keep my masterlist updated
⟡ Do not claim my art or designs as yours, trace, or copy them.
⟡ Please do not make any edits on my own art. I am happy to make minor modifications, but I may not always be available to make modifications so please ask. Depending on the complexity, there may be a small fee.
⟡ Do not sell or trade my designs to anyone blacklisted.
⟡ If you have purchased a design from me, please don't share the unwatermarked image publicly on any other social media– please upload the watermarked version to discourage theft and thieves who resell.

⟡ Any form of harassment, bribing, or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and may result in a blacklist. My prices are final and non negotiable. No refunds.
⟡ Set price: You have 24-48 hours to pay
⟡ I will send a message 3 times, if you do not reply or pretend you do not see it, you will forfeit the right to the design
⟡ If you cannot pay, but still try to claim the design or do not let others claim, you will be will receive a warning; anything else results in being blacklisted
⟡ When paying, I will send a paypal.me link directly; please do not ask for my personal email
⟡ If you cannot send by the link provided, I can also send an invoice, and if possible after paid, send a screenshot as proof of purchase
⟡ I can offer a one-time hold of 1-2 days, as long as it is properly communicated
