By commissioning me and paying your invoice or fee you agree to all the terms listed below.

Terms of Service:

The Client agrees they are legally 18 years of age or older.

Commissions purchased by the Client may be used for personal display, be printed for personal use, and cropped for whatever non-commercial purpose the Client sees fit. If the Client intends to use the product for commercial purposes the Client must inform the Artist prior to the payment of the invoice or the Artist retains the right to deny a refund and refuse to complete the work. If a commercial piece is wanted pricing can be discussed separately of this form and the Client accepts and understands this. The Client understands that under no circumstances is a piece of artwork commissioned commercially or non-commercially may be used for the purpose of creating or selling an NFT.

The Client understands that the pricing for their product is subject to an increase for heightened levels of complexity or detail.

The Client agrees that by commissioning this Artist if they choose to display their product publicly, cropped or otherwise, they will give due credit to the artist in an appropriate, non obstructive manner. The Client also agrees to allow the Artist to use the artwork for advertisement, portfolio, and otherwise. If the Client does not wish for this to be the case the Client is aware there is a fee to reserve their image under ‘NDA’.

The Client understands that there is no refund offered once work begins on the product and that the artist may refuse a request for any reason. The Client understands that there is no definite time for completion of the product and that any attempt to expedite the artwork that is not discussed prior to invoicing may result in restriction from future commissions and bids.

The Client understands that if their product was the result of a bid and they do not pay the invoice they will not only see the work incomplete but they will potentially be banned from future bids.

The Artist reserves the right to deny a commission for any reason and the Artist reserves the right to refuse the sale of an adoptable if they do not find the prospective use of it appropriate for their brand. To this end the Client agrees to alert the artist if an adoptable product is being used primarily for NSFW and what that will entail.

Ask about NSFW content, some subjects and themes are not allowed and others are subject to discussion or increased pricing. The Artist will draw Fanart.

The Artist only accepts PayPal.
