A linnean is a common, though rarely peaceful, sight in the eastern side of the galaxy. Its practically impossible to find a bounty hunter squad, mercenary group, criminal gang, or pirate fleet without at least one of them counted among its ranks.

Hailing from The Pride of the A'Alta, or as its known to everyone else 'The Linnean Pride'; the Linneans are a ferocious and warlike people. To them pain and bloodshed are simply means to an end, be it friendship, glory, or fortune. Make no mistake, making friends with a linnean is a very physical undertaking, sparring and physicality are to them what good humor is to any human friendship.

Outside of the Pride, you are most likely to meet male linneans. Outside of the fact that their kind are 60% male, they often leave the Pride out of ambition, trying to prove themselves worthy suitors to the fathers and mothers of those they seek to marry. Most fail, but those that succeed tend to climb to far greater heights in far quicker fashion than they ever could have dreamed in a more civil and peaceful life.

Ter'Ro-Gan is one of these such linneans, an accomplished bounty hunter from the Sho'Ne'Kali sector, best known for his works in the Torfari Confederacy, within the Nafar Sector. It was there that he not only put an end to the Yen Rukini Mechrunner gang, but in so doing rescued a Pridestalker from captivity, one of the A'Alta's elites, for which he has since seen many accolades.

He has since come into limited contact with humans, as they are a new race on the galactic stage. The first one he ever met he had been hired to capture, and overestimating their strength had hauled back in quite a rough condition. Since then he has come across a handful of human bounty hunters, but due to their propensity to rely on pistols and crafty tactics over strength, he doesn't regard them highly.
