I saw a doodle of 
snapai's that had a pretty dragoness named Candy walking through Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro... I love Brasil and its culture, as well as dragonesses, so I had to color this one in. Candy is a character copyright snapai (I now know how to enter his icon and stuff as a link, whee) and apologies to the dude whose picture this belongs to.
One hard part of this was finding a good picture that would fit Candy's pose, turns out this one seemed just right, if it weren't for all the other activity going on in the background and having to push Candy nearly to the edge of the image. Still, she makes a VERY beautiful Brazilian girl... mrrr....
