Mentioned before in my recent journal, I'd been meaning to try and give this fish some more presence. Well uh, here he is. A natural born predator allegedly taken from a time before Tatsugiri had a symbiotic relationship with Dondozo. Good strength, substantial creativity, he lives for the thrill of the hunt.

Just keep your valuables away from him if they're at all shiny.

There's more to him but I don't have a fully fleshed out bio written for him.
