Personality: The ruler of Leviathan's Dominion is a person forged by hatred and despair. Calm and collected, almost apathetic, she rarely shows any kind of emotion, so hurt and broken from her past that she isn't able to express properly any feeling.
Once a lady full of joy, airiness and trust in others, she found her world shattered when all the people she loved betrayed or left her behind: her former human lover revealed himself as a swindler, using her only to get into her home and steal from her family... murdering Scyllena's mother in the process. Her father, his heart broken by the passing of his wife, blamed and banished his daughter, forcing her away from the kingdom and destroying any memory of her: all to not bear the pain of thinking about the daughter who, in his view, was a traitor of all Azurea.
And most of all, King Moanu casted away his first born, Kailyna, by turning her into a human, setting her apart from the sea where she was born. The greatest betrayal that turned the princess into the Sea Witch of Leviathan's Dominion, making her leave her old identity behind.
Hatred is the only feeling that fills her heart: anger towards a parent who blamed her for being deceived, who disowned and magically banished her from her own home, making impossible for the former crown princess to return as long as the king is alive.
The only person who helped Scyllena in her lowest, giving her shelter and teaching her the ways of magic, is the Crimson Queen of Vermilia: the only one the Sea Witch trusts, being the helping hand who made her continue to live in her darkest moment, and who gave her the ways to enact her revenge.
As said before, trusting others isn't something Scyllena can easily do: a breach in trust caused all of his trauma, a betrayal ruined her life, and so, from then on, she interacts with people by literal contracts. If you want something from her you'll always have something to give in return, and if you cannot pay the price, or uphold your part of the bargain, the conseguences can be severe.
She'll never do, again, something for someone else without the certainty of getting the best of the bargain, whatever the results of said pact are. Capable with words and great in creating loopholes, the Sea Witch is a grand schemer, able in tricking and deceive whoever she talks to, in a way to always come on top of any situation she finds herself in, not contemplating the idea of getting bested in any way, shape or form.
The only clear emotion she shows, when something doesn't go as she wants, is pure, simple, rage: seeing her really angry is something very few people, the Crimson Queen firstly, survived, and so no one between her subjects ever risks of making her mad, not wanting to face her fury. Skilled with magic and curses as she is, as well as with potions, being target of her anger is like having a death sentence on your head, as Lady Scyllena could be easily capable of ruining your existence, in any way she can.
A person who can give you anything you want, for the just price, as well as destroying you completely, if she really wants.
A saint or a devil, dealing with the lives of some poor unfortunate souls.

Abilities: Apprentice of the Crimson Queen, the ruler of the Kingdom of Vermilia, Scyllena is quite the skilled witch: she's an expert in curses and hexes, very capable in enchantments that ruin people's lives, and in particular she's a natural in demonic pacts. If she has to make a contract with someone, to get them something, or to get something from them, she does that the magical way: a binding contract that punishes physically who doesn't respect their end of the deal, most of the times resulting in the death of who defies their part in the bargain.
Other than that, as Leviathan's Dominion is the reign with the greatest advance in that aspect, she's one the best potion makers on all of Grimmoirea: her creations have almost no rival, being very difficult to be countered, and being able to get any possible result... even if not being enough powerful to break the curse King Moanu put on his daughter.
