The Totodiles and SMG4Verse's Mario are from Nintendo's Pokemon and Mario and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

This young Totodile has always been crying enough to continue using it's Hydro Pump, enough to flood the city. I'm telling you guys, it's move is way outta control. Luckily, the older one came to try to comfort it and it's like "Dude, calm down. You just turned the whole city into the water park." Which confirms it, for Mario was using his plate of spaghetti as a rowing boat around this town.
