Thanks! Well, on his refference sheet it says that he was a church grim, which can look kinda similar, but it's not the same as a hellhound. Before drawing this character I didn't know what a church grim was, but it's interesting, it's part of English and Nordic folklore.
Hihi he's sort of a hellhound, he's a church grim who made a contract with some sort of entity (have not decided details yet) to escape the bounds of the church yard and ends up becoming a hellhound and is indebted to serving said demon. I hadn't thought of the hellhound aspect when making the ref sheet
