Cecil Draven Barrett, the mayor of the northern Pennsylvania town of Gloombrooke as well as it's founder, he sold his heart to an eldritch force known as T'kanchaotek (both literally and figuratively, for beyond his clothes is a vacant, dark, open chest cavity.) he did this so he could rule his town forever, he's a literal zombie, and has a charm placed on the townsfolk so they ignore that it no one else has ever been mayor, as well as his appearance, and his lumbering walk, as if he's about to fall over any moment, he's a liar, a cheater, a creep, a murderer for his dark god, but the worst of all... he's a CONSERVATIVE POLITICIAN BOO!

Anyway he generally sucks and is dastardly and evil, and I've yet to develop the dark god that has Gloombrooke under it's hold very much yet.

At first the charm affects mostly much everyone except for Basil, who's own mind is too often stoned so high up off his ass for the charm to take a good hold of his brain, eventually Basil, with the help of his friends, Cecil is destroyed, broken to pieces, his parts locked away in boxes and buried on far points on the outskirts of the town... in hopes he will never become whole again.

Archie (Anxel's brother) soon come's back from college after this event, and runs for mayor, and wins.
