Born on a moon with minimal life, Taran was a creature uplifted to be a slave.
Starved and forced to work long hours he only escaped when he had poisoned his previous masters.

Taken in by hawk for the promises of revenge and the ability to sate his never ending hunger.
Taran joined the mercenary faction named Spire.
Hawk has troubles dealing with Tarans endless hunger constantly on the verge of being consumed by his own merc. This would be a problem if the spider didn’t constantly use his paralytic and immobilize toxins on himself on accident.

Hawk has enjoyed the schemes and the attempts. It has kept him sharp and despite hawk being towered over by this massive arachnid. Hawk will always see Taran as a jester of sorts within the spire.
