Nearly unrecognizable, isn't he?
Having already awakened to a new form, it turns out Iliph still has a bit further to go - though this form is FAR more ephemeral, and can only be attained when his name is invoked by other members of his clan.
The overall design is, of course, still rough - this IS basically a glorified bust after all, but I can say much like his current 'base' fiend 'bold self, it echoes the same basic inspirations of the Apostle and the Dark God Morvu, even more-so than before. I especially wanted to lean in toward making him a bit more snake-like.
