It would appear that Spike is certainly in for a challenge in getting Goldy to be friends with him. Though, Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia would not have asked him to go into The magic Kindergarten if they did not believe he could get Goldy to be more open to friendship.

Something fun to share is how I read the text that is on these comics. The quickest, along with easiest, way is that I copy the link and paste it over on my Twitter account. I then use my iPhone to open the Twitter app and use the iPhone's recognition software to read as much of the text as it can from the preview image. I then click on the link to open the link in Safari where I can swipe, or tap, to the picture to allow the software to read as much of the text as it possibly can. It does not get all the words, but it does enough for me to follow along and appreciate all the hard work you are putting into each post of this fun comic. :)

Yes. I'm sure that if somecreature is able to be a friend of this grumpy draggy will be Spike. He just need enough time.
Oh I see. It seems those functions aren't still well implemented on phones yet. I think there is an app focused on that maybe called My eyes? Have you ever tried it Yosh? I have seen that some blind people find it really useful. It's a shame that some implementation is still on the go, but I have to say that this is probably one of the best possible uses of AI, it really has a lot of potential.

Oh! You have heard of "Be My Eyes"? That is a very useful app if you need a sighted person to assist you in finding and/or describing something. I have used it a few times to much success. Most notably was to identify My Little Pony cards that I was donating to the 2016 BronyCon Charity Auction. (I think I confused the person helping me as, since I still had a little eyesight left, I would ask if I was holding up a certain card and, well, I forgot that they may not be as familiar with MLP: FiM as I was. <LoL!>).

AI does appear to be super helpful for describing things, too. There is a free app known as "Seeing AI" that can do a wonderful job at identifying all sorts of things that you put in front of your phone's camera. There is also an app called "Voice Aloud Reader" that can be used to access a number of places that you can download books that can be read to you at various speeds using synthesized speech. (I just wish I could get Voice Aloud Reader to sync with Kindle. The Kindle app is not as blind friendly as I would want it to be and, as a result, I am not able to read a few books that I would like to. Perhaps I just need to try working with it more...?).

Yeah. I randomly found a Youtube channel of a Spanish blind person who talked about those apps and it seems to work really nicely. He put it on test when he was trying out new clothes. I'm pretty sure the app works with AI already and I'm sure that will be expanded really soon.
It is a shame that the Kindle app doesn't have audio reading, but Kindle devices do have that option using Bluetooth headphones. I have never tried it, but should be nice.
