The Quisivo are mostly-mineral alien entities with psychic abilities, partly evolved via magical phenomena. They are differentiated by the different types of minerals that comprise their bodies as well as their 'heads', though Quisivo tend to 'sculpt' their bodies over time as they grow. They are most known for being the most adept at artificial intelligence and the construction of robotic beings, to the point where they even figured out how to give such entities souls via 'Soul Crystals'. Artificial intelligence is somewhat regulated in Galactic Congress space, and sapient AI without a soul crystal are generally not permitted.
