Far away from the corporate conformity and cyber-surveillance of Eggford, another small suburban town maintains a similar sense of old-fashioned values and family community… that floral haven known as Paradise Hill. After the displacement and trauma suffered after the events of Eggman’s world takeover, a certain group of Mobians would gather in a remote village to create for themselves an idealized recreation of their past; one isolated from the outside world. An illusory idyllic lifestyle, a pastiche of pastel pretenders… but having all agreed to a conscious wiping of their memories of the past.
Only the town Mayor remembers the reality of their outside world, given that knowledge to enforce the town’s day-to-day bliss, the citizens are content to bask in the simple beauty of their own version of a peaceful community, living and working and growing families together in a nostalgic 1950’s style for eternity. Visitors to Paradise Hill are not unwelcome, but leaving is rather difficult… as Frost and Hongcha soon found out, after getting lost on the way to a mission. They’d meant only to find their way out of town, but the residents saw a spark between the two that they simply couldn’t let go of. All the young couple had to do was put on two special rings, and the Mayor’s matchmaking secretary promised all would become clear…

Gaminglover for putting this together back in Thanksgiving of last year; he wanted to doodle my two OCs in something and Stepfordization was a big brainrot at that time. Sooo, I thought I'd ask him to draw something closer to a regular idyllic 1950's suburb w/ grassy lawns and sunny blue skies, far away from the corporate culture of Eggford.
Sure is a shame they've forgotten all about their work for the Resistance, but I don't think either of them mind when they've got so much more joy to share together~
