⋆°⟡ Terms of Service ⟡°⋆

✦ All bases can be used to sell adopts, for personal use and for taking commissions. Bases cannot be used commercially otherwise.
✦I need to be credited in every use:
1. Credit me for the base in the character profile using my Toyhouse account (@Aly_Sakamura) or linking back to the base.
2. I'm okay with being credited either for the image or for the character creation.
3. If you use it to take commissions, credit me in your message. Either linking to one of my accounts (links can be found here) or just mentioning me as "Aly Sakamura" or "Aly アリ".
✦ You are allowed to make edits to the base (e.g. adding hair, changing expression, adjusting the pose, etc) and trace it if you don't have the brush. Do NOT alter it to the point of becoming unrecognizable.
✦ Don't erase my watermark. You are allowed, however, to change it's position (e.g. moving it to the corner of the image)as long as the watermark is visible and readable.
✦ Do NOT claim the base as your own work.
✦ Do NOT redistribute it (e.g. posting the image or PSD file somewhere else) as this could create confusion about authorship.

Failure to follow the above rules will result in blacklisting.
