My second attempt at hand-painting eyes.
This is a head of a sort of black panther-like cat. It was intended to be a black jaguar, specifically the Mayan jaguar goddess of midwifery and war, IxChel (and it may still become that), but for now it's an earless unpainted beast.
I really haven't totally decided what is to become of this yet... It is not a commission or anything. It is actually my first cat ever, so it mostly served the purpose as a cat test before making the cougar.
I need to redo the hinge attachment and some other interior things...
I'd possibly be open to selling this in the future once it's done. It really is a very cool mask. :)

It's pretty darn intimidating, even unfinished...
Hm... if I do sell it it would probably be via auction or something unless someone shows an extreme personal interest in it. I'd sell the head alone for a minimum of $550.
I have enough of that fur left over to make handpaws, a tail, and feetpaws (but of course all of that would cost extra!)... probably even a fullsuit if I had the nerve to try.
