So today is my birthday (March 7th) and in usual fashion I like to try and motivate myself to finish something to post on special days like this so..
My first full character illustration and introduction from my new original project I've been messing with over the last few months. This project spawned as a way to vent my frustrations at the current state of the world. To imagine what may happen in a not so distant future if everything continues to go unchecked.
I want the story and characters to have the opportunity to unravel as I reveal more about it in future posts, so I wont go into depth here for now.
What I can say is if you saw my first teaser post of it here: Teaser and are familiar with the kind of subject matter I usually do (*cough*romantic interespecies / beauty and the beast type couples*cough*) and you've enjoyed my other original story project "Everything Under the Stars" you should know what to expect from me and might enjoy this one, too, and I'm excited to share it with you. ❤

This turned out great! Man, I see what you meant with the braids. That must have taken forever, but the final effect looks really cool. (As usual) I love all the little fine details you've added through everything - her outfit, the individual fucking little zipper teeth(!!!), and how dilapidated, beat-to-shit and rundown the surroundings are.

Hehe, I gotta say, braids, shoe laces, and scales are gonna be the end of me. Oh and old worn out tire treads.. for an upcoming post. <_<;; .... ;; >_>
Surprisingly the zipper didn't take very long at all, though.. thank god, and I find working on old ruined cityscapes very enjoyable and quick compared to setting up all the perspective grids to draw nondestoryed buildings. OTL
