He he it looks like Quequeg is saying "Shhh, he has a grumpy", while Meegosh grumbles about something in the back ground. I love how expressive they can be!
Side note: I've noticed that Queequeg changes color a lot more than her buddy, Meegosh. In this shot she's like a greenish brown to blend with the turtle dock. Meegosh is usually his muddy brown.
