I've always liked 
dbruin's art, but wasn't sure if he'd be interested in drawing my character. However, at AC this year I decided to ask him if he'd be willing to do a badge for me, and he agreed. (He said he did a fair amount of sci-fi art before doing more furry art). I returned just a few hours later and he had finished - I like the end result! :)
