This was quite possibly the best night I've ever had at a convention, in spite - or because - of our ridiculous journey into the night, questing for food and finding ourselves serendipitously beneath a sparkling sky. More than that, I sat down for dinner with people of all ages, sizes, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, united by our passion for play within and around these magnificent costumes.

Despite having never met the vast majority of our Clockwork Crew, we all laughed together, talked and teased, and it definitely set off some stupidly sappy happy button inside me. How wonderful that everyone could come together around these costumes and cross so many boundaries to be fast friends.
