Day 153 - March 6th, 2741

Things took quite a turn. More wandering these tunnels. More folks that needed to respect personal space without needing to stare down a gun.

But, there was one guy that approached who didn't try to rob or attack me. He looked familiar, but it wasn't until he introduced himself that I found out why.
Calvin Ross, he was one name I remembered on the bounty posters back at the station. Suspected member of the Quincy gang.

He knew who I was, the latest fugitive on the run, trying to figure out how to live or to escape. He offered to help, if in exchange I helped him too. Initially, I refused. Last thing I wanted was to get involved with bandits again, but I was also lost in this place. I had no direction, no protection, no understanding of the Foundry, and anybody here could cash me out at any moment.

I asked what he needed my help for, and he explained that several Quincy members are trying to flee the Foundry, but the authorities managed to seal off all current entry and exit points, so they were stranded. So there I came in, an extra pair of hands with a similar goal. I asked how I could be sure he wouldn't just put a bullet in me and claim my bounty. He responded that I cannot. Nothing is ever certain down here. Not the answer I was looking for, but it was an honest one.

I don't like this, but what other choices did I have? I accepted, on the terms that I was to remain a free agent and had ownership of everything I already had.

Calvin took me to their hideout. It was nearby the town I found the doctor, but the entrance was very well hidden away. It appears safe, but I shouldn't assume that. There are 5 others here, Never take my eyes off them. Ever.
