Well during the party's stay in Roiscrossing, they ended up saving the city from a vampire. As a reward I gave them each a parcel of property to the east of town. Each one comes with a few tenants paying rent and the promise that they can make improvements to the land to increase income from it (as well as building their own manor houses and whatnot if they'd like). Well instantly they said they needed a map of the area so they can start planning their improvements. I ended up going a bit hard on this one and treated it exactly like how I do my traditional maps IRL.
