There's a hentai douijin manga by the name of Metamorphosis.
**SPOILERS**
It's a sort of odd realistic dark depiction of a girl who attempts to change herself to make herself more beautiful to the guys around her - and it works. It attracts drug dealers who gets her addicted and human trafficked and also eventually pregnant. In one scene, some bullies who once knew her as their classmate (Unbeknownst to them) see her as a homeless drug addicted hobo and stomp her while she's pregnant, essentially forcing an abortion.

It's hyped up as a super dark manga piece, and it certainly doesn't prettify much - I think what shocks people IS the realistic depiction and that it could easily happen in real life. It's often shared among new manga/doujin enjoyers as a sort of shock version of Rick Astley and the haircut/glasses look is symbolicly iconic of the protagonist as a sort of meme reference. If you go seeking it, it's one of those things that you'd better know what you're getting into when you click on it.
Honestly it's good if you don't view it for the porn part. I wouldn't get off to it, but I did enjoy the dark realistic depiction of the lifestyle.

I would argue absolutely nothing about Metamorphosis is realistic. It’s just dark trauma rape porn. It’s not a realistic depiction of drugs, dealers, hooking, or any of the other content shown.
It’s also not an abortion, it’s a miscarriage. Though I guess you can technically call it both, typically the way we use those words in conversation and context is distinctly different.

I would buy MULTIPLE copies of this particular... fun-loving comic series if it were to ever surface or mEtAmOrPhOsIzE into existence.
