Redesign for one of my older characters. This guy is a doctor, running his own hospital/research facility in the middle of nowhere. He is also completely off his rocker, but he always tries to be kind to his patients, and he doesn't seem to possess a concept of morality anyway. Kinda like Willy Wonka, if Willy Wonka handed out grafts and lobotomies instead of chocolate. For science, of course!

He still needs a name, though.

Probably scrapping it later, it's only a concept.
